Our jewellery is anti-tarnish and crafted for long-lasting shine. To maximise its lifespan, please follow the jewellery care instructions provided with your order — avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and quality reasons, jewellery is not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or an incorrect item is received.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We'll be happy to make it right.

Order Cancellation
